    Macaroni Salad

Not one for leafy salads? Pasta salad can sometimes be a mayonnaise-y calorie/fat bomb but this version is light and fresh. Cook and chill a box of ditalini pasta then add peas, bacon and this amazing lemon-thyme dressing. Yes, homemade dressing takes an extra sec but this one adds an irresistible little tang to this dish.

    Shaved Broccoli Salad

Does it get any healthier or yummier than broccoli salad? This recipe will make anyone a fan of our fave green veggie. Simply add apples, cranberries, red onions and almonds to cut up broccoli heads and mix with homemade dressing. This salad is so addicting, it’s sure to become one of your new faves.
