or so I thought.
We never argued,
never fought.
 
Then something happened,
I don't know how.
We're torn apart
and done for now.
 
There is something
you need to know,
I love you still
and never let go.
 
I'm still clinging
on the string of hope.
Holding strong,
like a rope.
 
I want you back,
but you can't tell.
I was discarded,
like a broken shell.
 
We still talk,
but it's not the same.
This ignorance,
it's pretty lame.

that I could show
the way I love you
