Hairy Sitch

The hair on my legs grows back soooo quickly!! Almost right after I shave there is little prickly hairs. And I know it's not because I’m missing something because I’m always very careful!

There are a few things you can do to avoid this. First, be sure that you're changing your razor or cartridge on a regular basis. Using a razor past its prime can cause it to grow dull. A dull razor will not give you a close shave and can cause nicks.

Before shaving, use an exfoiliant on your legs to rub off the dead skin cells that prevent a close shave. Then, shave against the direction of hair growth using shaving cream or gel.

Hair also tends to grow faster when your body is cold, (think about getting goosebumps...by the time your body heats up, the bumps have disappeared but the hair that rose up with them stayed in place and are visible, yet again). Keep your legs warm while getting dressed and you should be able to avoid those prickles!
