Turkey Sandwich Roll-Ups

Need to pack a lunch for the kids that's healthy, hearty AND yummy? We've got ya covered with this easy-to-make, easy-to-please Turkey Sandwich Roll-Up! Our tip? Let the kids mix 'n' match ingredients to make the perf roll up for themselves.

What You'll Need:

2 ripe California avocado
4 10-inch wholewheat tortillas
1/2 pound roast turkey, thinly sliced
1/2 pound of your fave cheese
2 tomatoes
shredded lettuce
1 sliced cucumber

What You'll Do: 

1. Spread avocado evenly on tortillas, and arrange turkey across tortilla just below middle
2. Top turkey with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers, and roll up tortillas tightly, leaving ends open.
3. Halve tortillas diagonally with knife.
4. You may want to include little bowls of mayonnaise or honey mustard, too.
