Kids have tons of energy to burn, and one of the big challenges of babysitting is how to keep that under control. Well, don't fear anymore, super sitter! A really good way to channel that energy is through dance.
Make a mix of upbeat (and appropriate!) dance songs for the kids to groove to - they won't be able to resist the beats. Teach them your favorite moves, or organize a competition or a dance-off to get them movin' and shakin' as much as possible. Not only is this great exercise for the kids (and you!), but it's also a secret way to get them tuckered out for nap time afterwards!
