Summer tends to go one of two ways: way lazy and lounge-worthy or so busy you barely have a sec to breathe. Our fab plan will boostt your confidence, tone trouble spots and help you live an all-around healthier life. All you need is a pair of solid sneaks, a kick-butt attitude and a willingness to get moving. Get ready to sweat, it'll be fun, we promise!
Week 1: Get Set to Make Changes
EATS De-junk your diet in days! Make a point to eat at least one serving of fruit or veggies with every meal or snack. Low-fat cottage cheese with berries, celery and almond butter or tomatoes with string cheese are good protein-packed combos.
EXERCISE Aim for three half-hour cardio sessions that'll fit in with your summer lifestyle, like doing a Zumba DVD to rock dance moves for cheerleading or going for a few jogs with your BFF.
