I always have crushes on guys, maybe even a little too much. I like at least three guys at a time and change the ones I like almost weekly. My friends get annoyed, but I can't help it!

Hey girly, there's nothing wrong with having a crush. But three at one time? It seems as though you have a new flavor every week, but boys aren't ice cream flavors, hon. First, ask yourself why you like these guys.

Make a list of the qualities your crushes seem to share. It appears as though the ones you like are emotionally unavailable-jerks, liking someone else, having a GF, etc. Do you really like them? Or do you like the fact you can't have them and you like the chase?

Stop wasting your time going after guys who aren't good for you. There are plenty of guys out there who I'm sure would love the chance to go out with you, but you may not even notice them. Instead of liking three guys for three different reasons, try focusing on one guy who has all those reasons.

Crushes are fun, but they shouldn't dominate your life. Instead of spending all your time daydreaming about your crushes, do something constructive, such as volunteering, acting in a school play or learning a new skill. You never know, you could meet a fantastic guy who's just right for you. Good luck, hon!
