That's why we've compiled our best-ever fast, fit and fun tips so you can feel amazing in just a few minutes a day. Week 7: Boost Your Bod and Re-energize
EATS Psst...wanna avoid getting sick? Start noshing spicier foods. Turmeric (found in curry), garlic and oregano (think: pasta sauce) can help you stay healthy. Check out some of our fave recipes: Tex-Mex Wrap, Butternut Squash and Ginger Soup, and Spruced Up Salsa.
EXERCISE Whether you need a nap at 4 p.m. or are about to bail on your workout, try our no-fail energizing trick. Do five fast set of your fave exercise (squats, lunges, crunches, whatev). It's a top-notch warm-up and gets the blood flowing. Now get and get to it.
