My favorite thing to do for the kids I babysit is to bring pipe cleaners and supplies to make pipe cleaner ornaments to hang on their tree!

What You’ll Need:

-Colorful pipe cleaners
-String
-A pencil
-knick-knacks if kids want to jazz ‘em up *if the kids are young be careful with small stuff as it could be a choking hazard.

What You’ll Do:

-Take a pipe cleaner and twist it around the pencil 'til you get a long curly Q. Make about 4 to 6.
-Take the string and tie the 4 pipe cleaners together.
-Bend the pipe cleaners till it gets a flower shape.
-Hang on tree.

Even cooler? You can make candy cane ornaments, too! Take half of a red pipe cleaner and tie a knot or fold the bottom. Then take red and white beads and make a red and  white pattern. Fold the end then make a candy can shape.
