Get Active this Break!

Winter break is here, which means tonsa spare time. So why wait until January first to start your resolution when you could get a jumpstart on it now? Make it a goal to workout at least 3-4 times this week.  Why not add in some fun stuff, like sledding, swimming or Wii yoga?
 
Don’t feel like being cooped up? Don’t let the cold weather scare you away from exercise. Just make sure you have the right gear before you get started; a hat is a must for keeping heat in, layer your top half (a wicking shirt, a long sleeve or fleece and a jacket) and finish off the outfit with some running pants and you're good to go!
