3 fun ways to wear colored mascara

Blue mascara is a safe shade that works with all skin and hair colors. It adds a layer of volume that deepens the eye and brings out the whites. Wear a neutral shadow and an indigo liner to really highlight this shade. Add a few more blue accessories around your face, like a scarf or earrings, to draw more attention to your eyes.
