Ed. Obsession under $30: Perfect pedi/sandal pairings

It’s finally, finally warm out—which means I’m ready to break out my best sandals. But I wouldn’t dare step foot outside without perfecting my pedi/sandal match-up. I’m not saying that they have to color-coordinate every.single.time., but yeah, I’m basically saying that. If you’re showing off your toes, why not make ‘em part of your outfit? Below, my fave picks for polish/sandal success:

A sweet update on a classic: yep, you can def wear black polish in summer. Just make sure it’s high shine, like this black patent shade.

Colorblocked Gladiator Sandals, $15, forever21.com

Nails Inc. Nail Polish in Black Taxi, $10, sephora.com

Treat your toes to these camel silver slip-ons—turquoise and silver is hands-down my fave summer pairing.

Jessy 02 Tan and Silver Flat Sandals, $23, lulus.com

Flower Nail’d It Nail Lacquer in Good Bud-dy, $5, walmart.com

Neon practically screams for metallic accents. Plus, silver looks extra rad with a tan.

Mossimo Nina Braided Strap Thong Sandal Extreme Yellow, $23, target.com

Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquer in Pedal to the Metal, $5, walgreens.com

A subtle, bronzy eye goes great with newly developing tans! If you’re getting bored of black eyeliner, play around with an electric blue liner to make your eyes the center of attention.

What your idea of a perfect date?
