GL hears from girls all the time who are dissatisfied with the way they look, whether they think they’re too skinny, too tall, too heavy, too short, too curvy, too flat, too everything! But here at GL, we want our girls to feel good about themselves, inside and out. That means making some adjustments to your lifestyle and also to your mindset. We want to guide you on a path to feeling positive about yourself, chock full o’ confidence.

As of RIGHT NOW, we’re starting the Healthy You program, with features on the web and in each issue of the magazine (Just remember to check with your doctor before embarking on any new program!).
