
I’m obsessed with lunch. Around 11:00, I start to ask the other GL girls what they’re gonna be eating midday. Inevitably, I’m disappointed with my own brown bag special (aka whatever I threw together in the a.m.).
Not this week. I spent a li’l extra time prepping my lunches at night. My fave healthy lunch of the moment? A mini plate of cashews, dried cranberries, whole wheat toast and hummus (I totally snagged the idea from one of our go-to lunch spots in the ‘hood). And then a cup of tomato soup and a side salad.
This week, we’re supposed to be makin’ new goals, too. Here are mine:
-Start training for a 5+ mile race for the fall
-Do yoga at home 3 nights a week
-Drink more H20
