Week 32: Farm Frenzy

GL's fave new foodie trend? The farm-to-table movement, where ya eat foods locally grown and raised. And the end of summer is the perfect time to get to know what sprouts up naturally in your state. While you girls in Maine are garnishing your greens with radishes, chicks in Kansas are piling their plates with eggplant and okra. Not into cooking? Sites like sustainabletable.org will point ya to nearby restaurants that are on the locavore bandwagon. So fresh!
