My BFF and I were watching our friend perform in a play. Another kid, John, from our school was in it, too. I turned to my BFF and said “Grrrr! John is so annoying! I had to work with him on an exam once and it was pure torture!” As soon as I said that, the lady next to me turned and said, “Hi, I’m John’s mother.” I must have turned as red as a tomato!
