Grab a buddy and talk a walk to enjoy the crisp, cool air. Light exercise, such as walking, will help you breathe at relaxed pace, which helps relieve any tension in your muscles. Oh, and don’t forget to load up on H2O beforehand. It helps to get your blood moving, too, and keeps you hydrated.
