This week, try to incorporate more superfoods (aka, eats that are loaded with way beneficial nutrients). Some of our faves? Blueberries with oatmeal for breakfast, a cup of green tea and an orange as a snack and a spinach salad with salmon and walnuts for dinner. You’ll get a health boost, and nosh on some yummy foods.
