Circuit training can be a no-fail way to shape up fast. We chatted with celeb trainer Joey Gonzalez of Barry’s Bootcamp for the how-to on creating a circuit at home. Pop on some upbeat music and get ready to have a blast while you torch calories!
It’s all about creating stations. Joey says to write 6 cardio exercises and 6 strength training exercises on note cards. “Shuffle them separately and set one of each on the floor face down in six different spots in a room,” he tells us. “As you move from station to station, alternate doing each for one minute. After getting through them, have shuffle again and repeat. Four rounds would be a full hour!”
