Every year, Time Magazine unveils their pick for Person of
the Year. And this year, it wasn’t one person in particular, but rather the
idea of a person, in general: The Protestor. From Arab Spring to the Occupy
Wall Street protests, people across the globe are starting to stand up for what
they believe in and what they want. And you know what? They’re effecting
change.
We think this is a far more interesting choice than
choosing, say, a controversial politician or Oprah or Justin Bieber. Who would
get your vote? Would it be…
Steve Jobs, who created your iPhone?
Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who is defying the odds?
Kate Middleton, who rocketed to celeb status last spring?
Would you nominate a local hero? Elect a family member or
friend who has touched your life in an unbelievable way? Share your pick in the
comments, babes!
