It’s
been over a year since Miss Demi Lovato checked into rehab for mental
and physical disorders. But since checking out, Demi has been on the
fast track to getting her life back in order. And we love it! She has
more fans than ever, she is healthier, stronger, making lots of
music, and just enjoying what life has to offer.
Every
day is still a challenge for Demi, which is why MTV decided to
document her journey back into the spotlight. Set your DVR, girlies!
Airing tonight at
10 p.m. ET/PT,
Demi Lovato: Stay Strong,
is an hour-long look at the life of Demi from her Thanksgiving with
her fam this past November to going back to her rehab center for a
speech to preparations for her 2012 world tour.
With so
much going on in her life, Demi has to constantly remember to take
one moment at a time and believe in herself. And her wrist tattoos,
which read “Stay Strong,” help her to do just that.
