When something hits my boobs, it REALLY hurts. And when I
press down on them, they feel hard! I’m almost 11. Is this normal?
Yep, it’s normal. Your boobs are a little sore when you
press on them or run into something because they’re growing. Not fun, but
definitely a fact of life through your tween and teen years. It’s absolutely
nothing to worry about, but if it would make you feel better, your doc can
check ya out and make sure you’re in tip-top shape.
For now, avoid doing the things that hurt when your breasts
are extra-sensitive. Or, try wearing a bra with a little bit padding to give ya
some cushioning. Sleeping on your back or side instead of your tummy could give
‘em some relief, too.
