good for you avocado. Thinly sliced on fresh bread? There’s nothin’ better! “If

simple that there’s no measuring necessary!” Now that’s a lunch we can go for!
Ingredients:
2 slices multigrain or sourdough bread, toasted
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and very thinly sliced
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Directions
Fan avocado slices on toast and drizzle with olive oil and
lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper to taste.
