Hey chica! It can be tough sometimes to remember that school is about, well, school.  Especially after summer, when you haven’t seen your crush in ages, it’s super tough to focus in and deal with homework and notes.  Think about it like this: if you want to impress this dude, the way to do it is not staying home every weekend to catch up on all of the school work you missed out on.

 

Find fun ways to focus in class that will help when your teacher starts to lecture on about things way less interesting than your crush.  Try bringing bright pens to class and color coding your notes with them or trying to make silly sentences to remember steps to solve a problem in math class.  If you’re having fun paying attention, you’ll be able to keep your mind off of the cutie sitting in front of you and you will be in perfect shape to offer to be his study buddy for the big test!
