The
ombré lip is totally in, and lucky for us it’s perfect for your fiercest
Halloween costumes. Add that extra wow factor to your wicked witch, Cruella
DeVil or vicious vampire outfit—after all, it does look a little like blood
right? The best part is it’s sooo easy; only
four steps!
Here’s what you’ll need:

shades of lipstick; 1 dark, 1 lighter shade

Be Legendary lipstick, in Infrared Matte and Mocha, $19 each, sephora.com
1. Rub a tiny bit of foundation
over your lips, then apply the darker shade of lipstick to your pout. Hint: it
helps to use a more opaque lipstick to get the best coverage.
2. Purse lips and apply the
lighter lipstick in the middle of the lip, on both lips.
3. Using your finger, lightly
blend the lighter color into the darker. Make sure you keep the darker edging
of the first layer intact.
4. Dab on some clear gloss to the
center of your bottom lip, and voila! You’ve got a knockout lip look to add to
your already fab costume.
