My boyfriend has taken
up smoking. I don’t want him to think I’m acting like his mom, but it’s sooo
gross.
Dave:
In addition to “sooo gross,” smoking is illegal under 18 and unhealthy at any
age. Let your guy know he quits smoking or you’ll quit him.
Bill:
Some city laws state smokers must remain a certain distance from public
buildings. Tell your BF you have your own law: six feet between you two as long
as he smokes. A smart idea for your health (secondhand smoke kills!) and a good
incentive to get him to stop.
