Looking
for an excuse to snuggle up with your BF this V-Day? Researchers at the Medical
University in Vienna have recently revealed that when you hug somebody you care
about, your body produces a hormone called oxytocin that can help relieve
stress, lower blood pressure and boost your memory. The same thing happens when
you are kissing, cuddling and even talking.
But before you go out hugging random
strangers, know that you the opposite happens when you embrace someone you don’t
care about. So, skip hugging it out with your frenemy, and show some affection
to your BF, friends and family.
