As you know, Easter (and spring break) is here. So let’s take some inspiration from this season’s most famous furry friend to get our workout in… the Easter Bunny. But instead of just bouncing around, let’s make it a little more interesting…
Do the hop!
The Bunny Hop is a dance that is performed in a conga line, so get some gal pals together and add these moves to your dance party: While holding the hips of the person in front of you, tap the floor 2 times with your right foot, followed by your left foot. Then hop forward once, hop backwards once, and then finally hop forward 3 times. See if you can download the song Bunny Hop first, and repeat the steps throughout the song. Warning: Side-splitting laugher is imminent.
