Not enough time to hang out with your guy and work out? It happens. Get the best both worlds and exercise together. Here’s how to flex your fitness and your flirting skills.
1. Be a workout buddy.
Whether it’s rotating on machines together, doing treadmill
intervals together or having him spot you on the bench press, any of these go-to
gym exercises are a blast with your boy. Guys love working out, and having you
there will make that much more awesome.
2. Ditch the
Going to the gym and jogging next to your guy on the
treadmill is all well and good, but let’s change it up! Hit the outdoor jogging
or biking trails and leave the headphones at home. Now you enjoy the fresh air
while catching up. Just what ya needed!
3. Challenge each
See how many push-ups or sit-ups each of you can do, or go to
your local track and work on your sprints. If you like making a splash, see who
can do the most laps or hold their breath the longest. Who said working out was

Invite other couples and friends to get together and play
old time favorites. Capture the flag, dodge ball, water balloon fights—whatever
your favorite is, get outside and play it. These fun-filled activities squeeze
