ok yesterday i found out that my boyfriend was hideing something from me that is kind of big...he is in a MAJIOR state of depression (i kinda noticed that about him like within a week of us dateing) but yesterday his best friend since he was 4 told me he also does marijuana...i really want to help him and i want him to stop...because i love and care about him soooooo much but if it makes him feel better i dont want to tell him to stop because what if he does stop...then all that will do is make him more depressed...and i want NOTHING to happen to him plz help (if u can) i cant talk to family about it because they would say i had to immediately break up and im sure this is something i can help him with...am i being a bad girlfriend for wanting him to stop?

Hey GIrl! Thats a super hard sitch to get involved with. If you care about him, just tell him that. Explain that smoking marijuana isn't going to fix deeply rooted problems, in fact, it will merely cover them up for a longer amount of time than he would ever expect. Try to get him to talk about it without attacking him, and don't just say quit weed now. Say your piece and then see if he seeks out your help. I know it's hard, but try to let him take charge of his life. xo Lizzie

Secrets in general are normally not good things, so I would tell your friend. There are reasons for her worries though - is he really bad? Does he get involved in dangerous things? Is he a bad student? Is this something that you could get wrapped up in too? Your friend probably has your best interests at heart so you should respect that...and remember to stay safe yourself, too. But you are free to like who you choose and be friends with whoever you want so, if you don't think he'll get you into trouble and you like him as a friend, just keep it casual and meet in neutral places, like an ice cream place or at school.

Totally! That's so proactive of you. I'm sure the author put a lot of energy into the book so he would really appreciate hearing how much of an impact it left on you. Try staying after class to talk to your teacher - if he/she doesn't seem interested, just write the letter yourself! It will still mean a lot.

So "Is my Flirting to Obvious?" artical, and I REALLY REALLY REALLY like this guy and I sent him a rose on Valentines day. About 2 weeks later I gave him a note that said " I sent you 1 of the roses." (He got 2) But he didn't feel the same way about me so now we're friends. I'm a jealous maniac and I found out he considers another girl a friend (she REALY likes him too) what do I do to get over my jealous freakness? He also considers us friends. I'm starting to really freak myself out. I LOVE HIM! But he doesn't love me back! I'M A JEALOUS FREAK!

Sometimes, we can all get a little jealous when our crush doesn't like us back, or is into another girl. As hard as it is to hear, everything happens for a reason. Even though it seems like the end of the world now, you will totally find another guy who is better for you.
