If you’ve got: A round face shape

If your face is almost equal height and width, your face shape is round. One of the most flattering haircuts is a super long cut with longer layers. Next time you get out of the shower, try parting your hair down the center. This can help to make your face look a little longer.

    If you’ve got: A heart-shaped face

If your face shape gets slimmer below the jawline towards your chin, you have a heart-shaped face. Looking for a new ‘do? Definitely try out some bangs with a layered cut. Before going to the salon be sure to do your research, though, as there are tons of different styles of bangs. For a heart-shaped face, straight across bangs either cut blunt or fringed will look fab.

    If you’ve got: A square-shaped face

If your face shape is more on the boxy side, try out something new at your next haircut. Ask your hairdresser to cut your tresses in a shoulder length style that will flatter natural waves or have her show you how to curl it into waves. Soft light wavy hair on a shoulder length cut will help to soften a sharp square jawline.

If you’ve got: An oval face

If your mug is a bit on the longer side, side-swept bangs will work wonders. Keep your hair length a bit shorter (we love long bobs!) and wear a deep side part with bangs that’ll angle your face. Gorge!
