    Moisturized lips

It’s so important to keep your lips looking kissable with braces. Braces draw attention to your mouth, so it’s super important to keep up with your lip care. Avoid dry, peeling and flaking by using a moisturizing balm before bed and popping it in your bag for the day. If you already have some peeling, wet a washcloth with warm water and gently rub it around in circles over your lips before you apply your balm.

    Flawless skin

Start with a flawless base. Having gorgeous glowing skin always helps your confidence level and lets your inner beauty shine. Apply a luminous glowing primer to freshly washed and moisturized skin. Apply a thin layer of your favorite foundation and remember: this isn’t to cover acne or pimples—that’s concealer’s job! Take your favorite concealer under your eyes and dot it on top of any blemishes. A tip from the pros: if your concealer has a wand, don’t let it directly touch your pimples. Doing that can cause bacteria to be left over on your brush and spread acne.

    Bold eyes

Draw attention upwards toward your eyes by creating a bold eye look. A bronzed smoky eye always does the trick. Use a shadow with lots of gold glitter and apply this over the center of your lid to help make the eyes pop. Using a dark brown shadow, apply this on the outer corner of your eye and blend with a fluffy shadow brush. Dab some shiny pale pink or white shadow to the inner corner of your eye to make you look wide awake and finish with a generous coat of mascara.

    Lip Color

Instead of gloss or a drawn in bold lip, take your favorite berry shade in either a stain or lipstick and dab it on with your finger. You can darken it by just adding on another layer by dabbing it on again on top. By using this technique you get the look of effortlessly beautiful lip color, perfect for braces. Added bonus: this look is trending for spring!
