How to apply foundation like a pro

If you're a fan of liquid foundation, you've probably used (or at least tried) smoothing your makeup on with a cosmetic sponge. The coverage is way better, less cakey and looks totally profesh...with one catch: a ton of it gets sopped up by the sponge, meaning you burn through that bottle way faster than you think you should. Solution? The beautyblender, a new egg-shaped sponge that promises that products sit on it instead of being soaked in, giving you the same streak-free application without using as much product.
Another bonus? The beautyblender can be used with primers, powders, foundations, cream blushes and more, making it super versatile. Wanna try it out? Buy it HERE and follow the easy-peasy instructions below.

1. Wet the sponge with water. If you don’t wet it, it will be more likely to soak up some of your makeup. Squeeze out excess liquid before applying any products to the sponge.

2. Put a small amount of the makeup you want to use onto the beautyblender. (Only use a small amount until you know for sure how the beautyblender works with your skin).

3. Apply makeup to your face gently—you might not need as much as you think! The beautyblender is designed to not absorb any of it, so what you put on the sponge is what you will really be using.

4. Clean off sponge and store until your next use. Flawless beauty, here we come!
