In honor of Earth Day, we went on a search for ways to be stylish and green. We all rely on some pretty harmful chemicals for our daily clothing, hair and makeup products. We found plenty of cute goodies that aren’t harmful to the planet and go easy on your purse.
Sound impossible? We managed, and found some new faves along the way. Mama Earth will thank you.

American Apparel is taking a bunch of steps toward a healthier environment. This tee uses 100% USDA Certified Organic and pesticide-free cotton. American Apparel also swears by low-impact dyes and recycle scrap fabric into new garments. And, yeah, the list goes on. The best part? Their threads are crazy stylish, which means ya don’t have to sacrifice looks.

We’re diggin’ the new line of Eco Tools beauty products that splashed across our desks. All of their items are made from natural and recycled materials, so they’re luxurious for us and great for the environment.
