Cozy Fall Trends to Try

When the leaves start changing and the days get shorter, we start to crave snuggly duds. You could pull on yoga pants and a hoodie for the next five months or you could try out some of these adorable new ways to stay warm. Whether you want a hot hat or a presh sweater, we’ve got some picks worth cuddling up to.

Slouchy berets were tops for the past couple chilly seasons. This year, cute girls are pulling on more traditional takes on the French chapeau. This bow-decked sweetie would go with everything.

Cropped sweaters have taken over as the cuddly top du jour. Rock them by themselves or watch them simmer over plain, buttoned-up shirts for a look that’s utterly cool.

Faux fur is awesome, but shearling is looking super chic as well.  Heading out for a night with your girls? Toss a tough bomber over a sweet dress or pleated skirt and blouse combo. It’s way fresh—not to mention cuddly.

Our endless crush? Infinity scarves. Airy ones are super-sweet over sharp, military-inspired looks and chunky ones dazzle atop sparkling getups (like sequins tanks and skinny jeans). Just right, well, all the time.

Geeky cable knits are suddenly cool. Take the trend for a quick spin with a pair of fingerless gloves. Sure, it might be a bit early for full-on woolly goods but on the first frigid morning of the season you’ll be able to keep your mitts warm.
