Ed. Obsession: The life-saving (er, space-saving) compact


Sometimes I'll be carrying around my handbag for a few days and then realize the reason my shoulders ache is because I'm hauling the weight of a few bricks' worth of random stuff in there: notebooks, magazines, a grapefruit spoon, a few beauty samples, three sets of keys and, most noticeably, at least a dozen lip glosses.
 

And then, one glorious day, the new CK One by Calvin Klein beauty collection arrived on my desk. You can check out all the products exclusively at ulta.com/ckone, but here's a sneak peek at my one true favorite: the Color + Treat Lip Kit in Pop Culture.

 

Let’s go over the five pretty pout-savers this product packs into a single sleek compact: Up top you have the lip scrub and lip plumper—crucial for exfoliating lips and pumping them up a bit. On the bottom row you have the classic clear balm—it’s gorgeous and has quickly become my go-to daily lip treatment. And then in the middle you’ve got two creamy berry glosses for when ya want a pop of color.
