DIY your way to a new pair of sunnies

Tired of your way-regular wayfarers? Grab a pair of less-than-lively frames and hit the craft store! This glam DIY will instantly revive those old sunnies (without having to spend a ton of $$), plus it's super easy to do. Check out the step-by-step below and get that glue gun ready, because you're about to see the world in a fantastic new light.

What you’ll need:

  • Sunglasses
  • Fabric/plastic flowers
  • Beads
  • Studs
  • Tweezers
  • Glue gun
  • Glue sticks
  • (If you don't have a glue gun, try using super glue. All purpose Amazing Goop works great!)
*These items can be purchased at your local craft store.

What you'll do:

Step 1: Wipe down your glasses with a damp cloth so you're working with a clean and dry surface.

Step 2:  Using super glue or a glue gun, carefully dot where you would like to place each flower to embellish.

Step 3: Use a pair of tweezers to pick up your chosen embellishment and place on the glue mark. Press down and hold in place for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Repeat this process to create your own pattern.

Step 5: Allow your sunglasses to sit and dry for about 24 hours before you show 'em off to everyone.
