His reasoning? Their flawless—and equally hot—manes. Justin was quoted as saying, “Robert says his hair is a great ice-breaker, so maybe we can go up to girls and be, like, 'Do you wanna touch our hair?'” Wonder what his rumored 16-year-old GF, Jasmine Villegas, has to say about that.
