Team Jeta’s perfect week

This week, Dancing with the Stars contestants danced the night away to their fave Disney hits. James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd dazzled the audience while doing a contemporary dance to everyone’s new fave Frozen—and ended up receiving the first perfect score of the season! To top off his success, James made the week unforgettable for super-fan Hannah who created a viral campaign asking the star to prom. James unfortunately couldn’t make it to Hannah’s prom, so he flew her to L.A. and treated her like a princess, including getting her dolled up and prom-ready for a night at Dancing with the Stars. If that doesn’t make you go “awww,” we don’t know what will.

Debby Ryan is getting hitched?!

Yes, you read that correctly. Debby Ryan is getting married…on Jessie, that is. Debby’s character Jessie has been dating Brooks (Pierson Forde) for a while now and news broke this week that we’ll be seeing this fictional couple walking down the aisle soon. “Jessie is an adult, and we felt we could tackle this in a way that still feels appropriate for our audience,” Disney Channel executive vice president of original programming told ABC News. We’re excited to see how this new chapter of Jessie’s life occurs!

Pixar’s Eggs

Looking for a way to switch up the annual Easter egg hunt? Well, Pixar’s here to help, bringing you something completely new to do with your fam this holiday weekend. The clever co. revealed their spin on the Easter egg hunt this week, where players are tasked with looking for artifacts from other movies found in newer flicks. For example, did you know that the Pizza Planet truck from Toy Story is in every movie after that? Director Lee Unkrich made a video about the Easter egg hunt, explaining what to do. We love this idea and will def be sitting down with our fam and watching a few movies this weekend.

Enroll at Hogwarts

Are you wizard wannabe who dreams of kickin’ it alongside the likes of Harry and Hermione? Then listen up! It was revealed this week that you can now enroll in online classes at Hogwarts. Students will join one of the four houses (Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff) and take the same classes and earn points for their house, just as their fave characters did. The online school is managed by volunteers whose goal is to, “create the magical experience that we, as fans, have all been looking for since we finished the last book.” We think this is a super cool idea! Are you Potterheads just as pumped?

Demi spreads positivity
Having a Twitter handle means that everything anyone sends to you goes straight to your back pocket (on your phone). Sure, it’s a great way for celebs and their fans to connect, but it can also cause some cyber bullying. Instead of backlashing or ignoring the hate, though, Demi Lovato proved this week that she replies to haters with nothing but love. Someone tweeted at he this week, calling her a “fatty.” So what did Demi do? She replied back with, “You are beautiful.” Demi then went on to encourage her fans to reply to the bullies with love and positivity. We totally love that Demi practices what she preaches.
