In a collaboration that came out of nowhere (seriously, who could've guessed that these two would team up? But we're so glad that they did), Shawn wanted to share a special surprise with his listeners. When he and Hailee were both in New York at the same time, things just seemed to come together.

"I wanted to make a slightly different and acoustic version of 'Stitches' for the fans to thank them for all of their support, and thought Hailee would be a perfect fit for a duet," Shawn told MTV News. And he couldn't have been more right. Not only does Hailee's voice sound amazing, it also complements Shawn's perfectly.

Basically, we've got some major chills and we can't stop listening. Lucky for us, this isn't the last time we'll be hearing Hailee show off her vocal chops—she's currently prepping for the August 7th release of her premiere single, "Love Myself," which we can't wait to hear. And who knows? There just might be more Shawn and Hailee collabs coming out. We certainly hope so.
