There's no difference between guys and girls in math class!

Remember that old elementary schoolyard taunt, "Boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider. Girls go to college to get more knowledge"?  Turns out that that saying doesn't really cut it anymore.  According to io9.com, boys and girls really don't have as much of an intellectual separation in areas such as math as we thought.


For as long as we can remember, there has been a controversy over whether or not men and women have superior abilities with that tricky numbers subject.  They even tried to say that it was because men had larger brains!  Not so, girlies, not so at all.

Recently, studies performed on the "gender gap" have proven that if there ever was an actual gender gap, it has most certainly taken a fall.  What was once boiled down to the biology has instead been attributed to education, culture and environment.  What does that mean for you? Your skill in the math has absolutely nothing to do with your gender, babe, so thrust your hand in the air and rock the next Q Teach throws out there.
