Must List

Rock out to GL's ultimate half-time playlist

Trust us, you don't have to be a football fan to rock out to the stellar performances that are the Super Bowl half-time show. Turn up the tunes from some of our favorite musicians who've taken the stage during one of the biggest sporting nights of the year.

“I Gotta Feeling” – The Black Eyed Peas

‘Cause you’ve gotta kick it off right…right?

“Run the World (Girls)” – Beyoncé

One of our favorite superstars is taking center stage during this year’s half-time show. Talk about runnin’ the world, Bey!

“Bye Bye Bye” – ‘N Sync

JT and fellow boy banders broke out the “Bye Bye Bye” dance for a huge audience. Yeah, we still remember it.

“Get On Your Feet” – Gloria Estefan

In 1992, Latin crossover star Gloria Estefan took the Super Bowl by storm. Um, after figure skaters Brian Boitano and Dorothy Hamill. Yeah, that really did happen.

“Glory Days” – Bruce Springsteen

Bruce brought the stadium favorite to the Super Bowl live in 2009.

“Soul Man” – The Blues Brothers

In 1997, The Blues Brothers group, founded by SNL alums Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi, rocked the Super Bowl half-time show with this classic.

“Beat It” – Michael Jackson

The ’93 half-time show was one of the most-watched events in TV history. And with MJ headlining, it’s no wonder.

“Walk This Way” – Aerosmith

In 2001, Aerosmith closed the show with this hit, sung with ‘N Sync, Britney Spears, Nelly and Mary J. Blige.

“Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” – Diana Ross

Oh, you know you wanna sing along to this one. Perfect for the plays that seem utterly miraculous.

“(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” – The Rolling Stones

We’ve got a feelin’ this will be one set of fan’s feelings toward tonight’s big game.

“I’m Gonna Getcha Good!” – Shania Twain

’03 paired country crossover Shania with No Doubt and…Sting. Trying to reach all audiences? Yeah, well, it still rocked…but maybe starting with “Man, I Feel Like A Woman” was a little strange for this crew.

“Where the Streets Have No Name” – U2

The first Super Bowl after 9/11 was a poignant affair. Bono and company hit just the right note with their set—and an American flag-lined jacket. Cue the water works.

“What Goes Around…Comes Around” – Justin Timberlake

Pretty sure this’ll be what the losing team’s gonna be humming all the way home. Tear.

“Delirious” – Prince

Dance break! Six years ago, Prince (ahem, and the Florida A&M Marching 100 Band) rocked the Sun Life Stadium in Miami.

“Live and Let Die” – Paul McCartney

If we could go back in time, snap our fingers and create any halftime show we wanted, we’d probably put The Beatles up on that stage.

“Survivor” – Destiny’s Child

…And remember that group Beyonce got her start with? Yep, they’re reuniting tonight.
