But now we can finally dance all night long to an entire album that accompanies these fabulous songs. Just as the title suggests, Stars Dance is one dance-inducing mix. If these tunes don’t get you moving, we don’t know what will. Here’s our run-through of the entire track list:
“Birthday”
The album opens with an upbeat anthem worthy of any crazy-fun birthday party. “Jazz it up” with Selena, because she’s getting this party started.
“Slow Down”
By all means, this number isn’t our first impression of the Disney actress-turned-pop star, but she’s inviting you to a rhythm intervention as she “slows down the song” for her fans.
“Stars Dance”
This dance-worthy jam starts with an instrumental intro complete with violins. Selena tells you that you can do anything you set your mind to. Make the stars dance with this number.
“Like a Champion”
Just like the #1 “Come & Get It,” this song definitely has a Bollywood feel to it. “Walk like a champion, talk like a champion” as you live it up with this sure-to-be hit.
“Forget Forever”
A quick preview of the lyrics: “Our love was made to rule the world, you came and broke the perfect girl.” Could this be sending a message to a certain Justin Bieber? We sense some drama from this album release….
“Save the Day”
Selena will get your heartbeat skipping the moment you click play on this upbeat party mix.
“B.E.A.T.”
This pop beat will definitely be in your head all day long.
“Write Your Name”
Write our names on the concert tour list! We want to see Selena perform this song live. (CLICK HERE to see when she’s coming to a city near you.)
“Undercover”
“You’re a Hollywood dream and you got me feelin’ like a Homecomin’ Queen.” We’re living the Hollywood dream through this dubstep-influenced song.
“Love Will Remember”
Listen up for useful advice in this song because Selena sings about how “Time can’t be bought.”
