6 music videos to start 2014 right

 
Happy New Year! This holiday season has been full of our favorite things: food, family time and, of course, music! 2013 was loaded with new artists, amazing comebacks and hit songs that we heart. And here at GL, we figured why not play some of our fave 2013 songs one final time before a new batch of awesome hits fly to the top of our playlists. Take a trip down memory lane with these music videos as you polish those new resolutions. 

“Brave” – Sara Bareillis

What better way to kick off the new year than with a super catchy song with inspirational lyrics. Take what Sara has to say to heart and get ready to make 2014 your year!

“Replay” – Zendaya

We all knew that the Shake It Up star could dance and act, but this past year we found out that she has some serious vocals as well. Zendaya is a triple threat that won’t be stopped in the new year! We’ve had this song on replay for a while—so blast it now because there’s bound to be more of Z in 2014!

“Demons” – Imagine Dragons

Imagine Dragons became an instant hit with their single “Radioactive” and have continually released amazing music ever since. This band is quirky and different, what’s not to love? Their album Night Visions was a huge success so we’re eager to see what more they’ll do this year.

“Burn” – Ellie Goulding

This tune makes us want to get up and dance for the new year! With her success becoming international, Ellie is making a statement and proving that she is going to be here for a long time.

“Counting Stars” – One Republic

This catchy tune is constantly in our heads, and we’re totally OK with that. Take every lesson you learned in 2013 and put it towards making this new year fabulous.

“Slow Down” – Selena Gomez

One of our faves from Sel’s 2013 Stars Dance album, which reminds us to live in the moment this new year.
