Love is in the air. Well, at least in our fave movies, that is. One of the best things about movies (especially RomComs) is the varying relationships characters have. From just crushes to those happily married, we love ’em all. And sometimes it’s easy to forget that what we see in movies isn’t true in real life—no matter how badly we wish it were. The Fault in Our Stars’ Hazel and Gus / Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort

This year, you’re going to get a double dose of this duo. You can spot Shailene and Ansel as siblings in Divergent (in theaters March 21) and then as love interests in the highly-anticipated film adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars this June. These two have some serious chemistry and we have our fingers crossed that their fictional romance will maybe one day become a reality.

On-screen, these two would do anything for the other—even if it means death. We’d like to think it’s the same when it comes to the pair in real life. OK, so it’s obvious Jen’s relationship with BF Nicholas Hoult is solid right now (did you not see their kiss from this year’s Golden Globes?), but if the two were to call it quits again we think she should ring up bud Josh.
The Last Song’s Ronnie and Will / Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth

Sigh. Not only were they one of our fave fictional couples, but we totally loved them together in real life too. Even though their engagement was called off and they have since been spotted out with other people, we still have hope in our hearts that Miley and Liam will work things out and get back together one day.
High School Musical’s Gabriella and Troy / Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron
We’re pretty sure that everyone, no matter how old you are, will always wish to see “Zanessa” together once more. Seeing this High School Musical couple turn into reality was amazing and we heart that they’re still good friends.
The Great Gatsby’s Daisy and Jay / Carey Mulligan and Leonardo DiCaprio

This oldschool and extremely fabulous couple would be perfect for reality. You can tell by the way Leo looks at Carey that their friendship is there, but could there be more? Well probably not since Carey is very much married to Mumford & Sons’ Marcus Mumford, but a girl can dream a li’l, right?
Iron Man’s Pepper and Tony / Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr.

These two actors are both in committed relationships, but how cool would it be if Iron Man and Pepper were actually real? They would know how to protect the world while being in charge of the biggest businesses out there. That’s what we call the ultimate multi-tasking power couple.
