15 things we're excited for in 2015

2014 was a great year for all things entertainment, but looking at what 2015 has in store makes us think that this year is going to be even better. There are so many movies that we can’t wait to see, TV shows we’re setting our DVR for and album releases that have us counting down the days. Here at GL we’ve rounded up the top 10 movies, TV shows and albums we’re most excited for in 2015 – check it out!

What are you most excited for in 2015? Let us know in the comments below.

Pretty Little Liars – January 6th

PLL is basically the craziest show on air and always keeps us guessing. We never know what’s coming next (and we’re always a little scared to find out, honestly). After the summer’s absolutely insane mid-season finale and the Christmas special, we have no idea how the liars are going to deal with A.

    Glee – January 9th

The original crew is not only back together again, but also back in Lima in the sixth and final season of Glee and we’re so glad to see it. Last season was good, but having everyone so spread apart and doing their own thing took away some of the magic of the original glee club. We’re excited to see Glee getting back to their roots.

Bella and the Bulldogs – January 17th

We’ve already told you all about Bella and the Bulldogs – how cool Bella is, how great Brec Bassinger is in the role, and how excited we are for so much girl-power awesomeness on our screens. We’ve watched the trailer a bunch already – now we just need the premier.

    Austin & Ally – January 18th

Austin & Ally ended on a bittersweet note back in November with Austin and Ally together again but saying goodbye to Trish and Dez, and even though the season four premier features an awesome reunion, we know things can’t stay easy for long.

    K.C. Undercover – January 18th

We’ve been missing having Zendaya on our screens since Shake It Up! ended, and it looks like our girl Z is going to be better than ever in her new show K.C. Undercover. We’re so excited to see Z kick butt and look fierce while doing it as super spy K.C.

    Fifth Harmony’s Reflection – January 27th

If you loved "BO$$" and "Sledgehammer" and "Them Girls Be Like" as much as we did, then you’ve probably already preordered the album and you’re just anxiously counting the minutes until it drops. We know we are.

    The Fosters - January 19th

After the special Christmas episode last month, we’re ready for the second half of Season Two. We told you last month about the addition of three new characters to the show and we just know they’re going to shake things up on the already super drama-filled show.

    Cinderella – March 13th

After Disney rocked the Sleeping Beauty retelling with Maleficent last year, we can’t wait to see what they do with Cinderella. We know the movie is going to be totally amazing and gorgeous – after all, have you seen those costumes?

  • pitch_perfect.jpg

    Pitch Perfect 2 – May 15th

The first Pitch Perfect was absolutely hilarious and the music was so good, and we know the sequel is just going to have more of the same. The trailer alone already has us laughing our butts off.

    Mockingjay Part 2 – November 20th

The Hunger Games series has been unstoppable since it started. The books were absolutely amazing and the movies starring Jennifer Lawrence have absolutely blown us away. Things are going to get even crazier than they’ve already been and we can’t wait to see it all play out.

    Insurgent – March 20th

We’ve been waiting on the edge of our seats to find out what happens in Insurgent ever since we saw Divergent last March. Things were falling apart at the end of the movie and we need to see how Tris and Four manage to figure everything out – if they do at all.

Little Mix’s third album – TBA

Little Mix cancelled their North American tour last year so they could put their third album together, and we have a good feeling it’s not far out. It’s clear the girls have been hard at work writing and recording in the studio and we have a feeling it’ll pay off.

Demi Lovato’s new music – TBA

Other than her "Let It Go" cover, Demi Lovato hasn’t put out new music since 2013, and while two years in between albums is totally normal, we’re ready for some new tunes from Demi. We always love her music, we just want more of it!

Victoria Justice’s new music – TBA

So far Victoria Justice has only dropped one single (and all the way back in June ’13), but we know from Victorious that she’s got the pipes to put out an awesome debut album. After dropping her old label, it looks like Victoria is ready to start making moves on her music again – including rumors of an album out this year.

Justin Bieber’s new music – TBA

The Biebs hasn’t released an album since Believe in 2012, but rumor has it that Justin Bieber has been working on some new stuff – and that it’s the best work he’s ever done. After hearing his collaboration “Home to Mama” with Cody Simpson, we’re ready to believe that 2015 is his comeback year.
