#NewMusicMonday: Cailee says "Bye You" and Jacob Sartorius hits "BINGO"

Are you ready for Spring Break? We’ve got some tunes to help you get in the mood. With songs from Cailee Rae, Jacob Sartorius, SØF, MILCK and ayokay, fresher than your beautifully-dyed Easter eggs, you'll be pumped for some sweet spring weather, time with the fam and maybe even some homework (emphasis on the maybe) in no time.

Cailee Rae’s acoustic rendition of "Bye You"

From 17-year-old Instagram singing sensation Cailee Rae’s Overthinking EP comes this heartfelt tune about getting out of a toxic relationship. Cailee’s song “Anchor” captured heartbreak in a way that few artists have been able to and this follow-up dives into the tough topic once again. If you love the realness of Cailee’s acoustic rendition of “Bye You” above, check out Overthinking. It’s packed with emotional, relatable songs that you won’t be able to stop blasting on repeat.

MILCK’s performance of “Quiet” with Choir! Choir! Choir!

After an inspiring performance of her viral hit “Quiet” at the Women’s March in Washington D.C., this powerful singer/songwriter turned cultural activist teamed up with singing group Choir! Choir! Choir! for a performance of the song in Toronto. As Choir! Choir! Choir! writes on their YouTube channel, “‘Quiet’ has quickly grown from a female empowerment anthem to a unifying message of hope and raucous protest for young and old, and for all genders. Play it, feel it, share it!”

SØF’s single “Shame On Me”

Spunky and unapologetic indie pop artist SØF is making waves with her her new single “Shame On Me.” This release marks her third single of 2017 for this busy up-and-comer and with this personal, sassy tune she doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. About the song she says, “I thought I could find someone new effortlessly, and after meeting a bunch of boring guys that I continuously compared to my ex I realized that no one could ever begin to replace him. I never thought I would write a song about begging for a guy to take me back, but exposing that weak part of myself was super cathartic."

Jacob Sartorius’s video for “BINGO”

One of our favorite social influencers of the moment is back with another infectious single and video. Jacob's video for “BINGO” showcases his irresistible voice, undeniable charisma and (of course) his amazing hair! Check out this fun video with some amazing cameos from YouTube and Vine stars Ricegum, Amanda Cerny and King Bach above.

ayokay’s single “The Shine (Feat. Chelsea Cutler)”

This is the first of ayokay’s singles set for release this year and if it’s any indication of what’s to come for this the young producer, we can’t wait for more. This uptempo, unique song is just what you need to get in the spring frame of mind. Chelsea Cutler’s infectious vocals about the spark in a relationship fading over time make this catchy song relatable and ridiculously replayable.
