Money making reaches a new (hilarious) level in The Dirt Diary

What would you be willing to do to replace $287.22 that you stole from your college fund? In Anna Staniszewski’s new book The Dirt Diary, we find out exactly what Rachel is willing to do to get such money back.
In the hopes of getting her parents back together, Rachel steals money from her college fund to buy a plane ticket. Now, she must get that money back before her mom finds out—or else her life will officially be over. And what better way to get on her mom’s good side (and score some of that cash) than by volunteering to assister her mom with her new house cleaning business. Little does Rachel know it involves being the cleaning lady to none other than Briana Riley, her 8th grade worst enemy. Soon enough, she’s finding more than just dirty clothes in Briana’s room—like all the dirt on her grade’s in-crowd and their major secrets.

With her family separating and her bank account empty, Rachel definitely needs a miracle. And when a chance arises for her to make money by spying on others, she must choose how dirty she is willing to get for the sake of it all.

Anna Staniszewski creates a wonderfully relatable story with a hilarious plot in her latest book, which is also loaded with surprising twists and great life lessons. No matter where you are in life, everyone can learn a li’l something Rachel.
