Camp Cutie to the Rescue
This school year my whole class went on a camping trip. All my best friends have boyfriends, so I was usually left alone when they went off with them. One day was super windy and rainy and we had to partner up or go alone to learn how to make shelters. I was alone so I had to make one on my own. The tarps were very big and extremely hard to handle with just one person. Even worse, my crush was only a few feet away making his! I guess he saw me struggling so he signaled for me to come over. To my surprise, he made me wait under his while he made mine. Later that night by the campfire, he came to sit beside me and we chatted away while roasting marshmellows.
