Your new fave snack: 8 no-bake energy balls

Are you looking for easy to make, no-bake snack? We found one of those—in fact we found eight from Bless This Mess! These super fun, different-flavored energy balls are perfect for your next after-school snack or sports game. Can you say yum!?

1. Monster Cookie Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dry oats
- 1/4 cup of dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of mimi M&M's
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
1. In a a bowl, add the ingredients and mix it together.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
3. With a tablespoon, place a scoop of the mix into your hand. Next, roll it into a ball shape. Repeat until your mix is gone. 
4. Keep them in the fridge when storing. 

2. Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dry oats
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of dried blueberry
- 1/4 cup of teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
1. In a a bowl, add the ingredients and mix it together.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
3. With a tablespoon, place a scoop of the mix into your hand. Next, roll it into a ball shape. Repeat until your mix is gone. 
4. Keep them in the fridge when storing.

3. Classic Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dry oats
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- Dash of salt

Directions:
1. In a a bowl, add the ingredients and mix it together.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
3. With a tablespoon, place a scoop of the mix into your hand. Next, roll it into a ball shape. Repeat until your mix is gone. 
4. Keep them in the fridge when storing.

4. Sweet and Salty Oatmeal 

 

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dry oats 
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- 1/4 cup of crushed pretzles
- 1/4 cup of roasted salted almonds

- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
1. In a a bowl, add the ingredients and mix it together.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.

5. Peanut Butter Oatmeal 

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dry oats 
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of roasted salted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

6. Oatmeal Raisin 

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of toasted coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnoman 
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.

7. Chocolate Oatmeal 

 

Ingredients:

- 2 table spoons of coco powder
- 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
1. In a a bowl, add the ingredients and mix it together.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
3. With a tablespoon, place a scoop of the mix into your hand. Next, roll it into a ball shape. Repeat until your mix is gone. 
4. Keep them in the fridge when storing.

8. Bananna Oatmeal

 

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe bannana
- 1 cup of dry oats 
- 1/2 of chocolate chips

Directions:
1. In a a bowl, add the peeled bannana. Then add the other ingredients and mix it together.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
3. With a tablespoon, place a scoop of the mix into your hand. Next, roll it into a ball shape. Repeat until your mix is gone. 
4. Keep them in the fridge when storing.
